Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of SafeSnap, published by Beijing Hupai Technology Co., Ltd. By using the app you agree to them.
The service
SafeSnap provides on-device family watch, capture, cartoon styling, and an album. Store listings are in progress; these terms apply when you install and use the app.
Not a replacement for a person
SafeSnap can miss events, delay, or fail because of lighting, angle, device sleep, OS limits, or network issues for optional email. It is not a medical device, a certified alarm, or a substitute for in-person care.
Acceptable use
Use SafeSnap only where you have the right to record (typically your home and your family). Do not use it to watch people who have not agreed, or in ways that break local law.
Accounts
Core features work without an account. Optional email alerts require an address you control.
Membership
Paid membership will be billed by Google Play or the App Store. Price, renewal, and cancellation are shown in the store. Refunds follow that store’s policy. We do not publish a price on this website because it is set in the store listing.
Intellectual property
The app, name, and mark SafeSnap / 护拍 belong to Beijing Hupai Technology Co., Ltd. Photos and videos you capture remain yours.
Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for missed alerts, device issues, or consequential damages. Some places do not allow these limits; they apply only as far as permitted.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a mandatory consumer law where you live says otherwise, that law still applies.
