When can I download SafeSnap?
The Android app is ready. An iPhone app is in development. Google Play listing is in progress; the App Store will follow. Email support@safesnap.cc if you want a note when they go live.
Do I need an account?
No. Core watch, capture, and on-device cartoonize work without an account.
Are faces uploaded?
No. Face recognition and cartoon styling run on your phone. We do not upload faces or frames for those features.
What do email alerts include?
Only if you turn on membership email alerts. Leave notices are text only. For an intrusion, we forward one photo and a short video to your linked inbox so you can see what happened. We do not keep a copy. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
How do I cancel membership?
Membership will be sold through Google Play or the App Store. Manage or cancel in that store’s subscriptions. Refunds follow the store’s policy.
